Courtney Love: Even Her Lawyers Don’t Want Her?

Why don’t they make a movie about Courtney Love starring Lindsay Lohan?

Who wanted to gossip about Courtney Love’s last huge, public Fail in the Mother category? Out of respect for her poor kid, Francis Bean – nobody.

She’s right, her biological mother should be banned from Twitter.

Is there any court rulings that cover that? Oh wait, Courtney may not have legal representation.

Digital Spy says her law firm, Pryor Cashman, have petitioned a judge to be allowed to ditch their client on the grounds that she hasn’t paid her bill and she’s not returning their calls.

She must be taking up a whole wall in their files room by now.

The firm’s James Janowich has been representing Love in several actions, including the lawsuit involving her former legal counsel whom she bashed on Twitter and the case of an internet website which published a leaked court document from her daughter’s hearing to secure a restraining order against her mother in December 2009, just months before her 18th birthday, when she would’ve been free anyway. The details of that deposition turned out to be shocking – Courtney was accused of killing the family dog and cat with drugs and clutter.

No word on how much the attorney’s fees are but she’s had a flurry of legal actions lately.

Her legal team must have worked really hard to make it safe for Courtney to use twitter in the first place. She’s run through so many twitter names by now she’s probably at the end of the list already.

She holds the dubious title of being the first one to be successfully sued for her derogatory comments  on twitter – not including the pending case involving her ex-attorneys- and her accounts have been followed and mocked by dozens of ‘Courtney killed Kurt’ conspiracy theorists in the past, and word is, Love took legal steps to stop them all.

Will her next potential law firm secure a very large amount of cash before they even press a number on their phone? Its not like there’s a lack of work.

They’ll probably be drawing the shortest straw in the boardroom…

Coronation Street: A Briggs and Roache Sex Rivalry?

 

Tsk Tsk. What about those Coronation Street womanizers?

Just weeks after William Roache – who plays Ken Barlow in Coronation Street – let slip that he had affairs with 1000 women throughout both his marriages, Johnny Briggs may turn out to be the real gentleman.

Briggs had a long career on Coronation Street, playing Mike Baldwin, a wide boy from London who was Ken Barlow’s constant antagonist. He stole his wife twice, his daughter and his grandchild. When Briggs decided to retire from the show, he died a tragic death in Ken Barlow’s reluctant arms.

When the Mirror asked Briggs for his reaction to his Corrie colleague’s recent revelation, he said he was surprised that Roache said that.

‘I’m amazed that Bill Roache said he’s slept with that many women. What goes on in the bedroom stays in the bedroom. I was a bit of a ladies’ man myself.

‘I don’t know if I can say how many I’ve bedded, but it’s probably more than him.’

Rivals right to the bone.

Meanwhile, William Roache’s much younger girlfriend, Emma Jesson told the Mirror that there won’t be a 1001 for him because she has him now. She said if he goes back to his womanizing ways she will ‘cut it off’ presumably referring to his gentles.

Johnny on the other hand, is free and single after his second marriage ended just months before he was set to retire in 2006. Timing!

Did Stacy And Clinton Help Lindsay Lohan Dress For Court?

Someone in Lindsay Lohan’s family must have finally called in Stacy and Clinton to sort her out and teach her some of ‘the rules’ fashion advise. Maybe she’s been able to catch a marathon or two during one of her house arrests in the last few years.

Although, the $5K visa they would give her with her name on it might not be enough for even an outfit for the extravagant Lindsay. According to TMZ, she was clad in Givenchy, Celine and The Row. Apparently that’s important to her.

They were probably cheering and clapping while they watched her at the courthouse on their secret video.

What about Lindsay’s mother, Dinah? Why wasn’t she there to tell her what to wear? In our informal poll here at THEBIGGREENL the majority of mothers said they would undoubtedly advise their daughter of what to wear AND how to behave, in person if neccessary. Aren’t all mothers like that?

Oh well, as they say in Beaverland, It is what it is.

Good news for the 25 year old Lindsay though, her long running probation dating back to 2007 was lifted by Judge Stephanie Sautner on Wed.

She still is still under probation til May 2014 for her jewelry theft last year, but it doesn’t restrict her travel, and she’s done with probation officers and the morgue.

She was warned by the judge, if she gets caught breaking the law again she could serve up to another 245 days in jail.

Is it too bad that she’s still allowed to drive?She’s seriously dangerous.

She should give the streets a 5 minute warning so they can clear.

Who Really Flour Bombed Kim Kardashian?

Speaking of narcisstic personality disorder… Someone flourbombed Kim Kardashian.

She said it was someone affiliated with PETA who attacked her as an anti fur protest.

Initially, PETA issued a statement saying they had no involvement.

Oh, who to believe….

Lets see… It seems like Kim hardly worked on her appearance for the launch of her new fragrance, Odeur D’Amour? Although her leather pants might be working hard.

No fancy hairdo, would you save the cash – someone’s going to hit you with flour anyway – and just do it yourself at home?

She’s usually dressed spectacularly, but would you ruin a really smart frock if you knew you were getting hit with a flour bomb that night?  Wear the leather because that way you can throw it away after its ruined and just buy more?

And where’s her mom, Griselda Kardashian? She’s usually stuck right to her 2nd daughter’s side. Adulation, Celebrity, Cash.

Would you warn your mom to get lost if you knew you were going to be hit by flour any minute on the red carpet?

Her sister, Fiona Kardashian, was at the event too. She managed to miss getting hit.

PETA never denies any actions they are involved in. But it turns out that in this case they may be aquainted with the flour bomber, who E! says is Christina Cho. She’s the sister of a PETA activist and spokesperson, Michelle Cho.

When contacted, PETA told E! -

If Christina Cho is the person who sprinkled flour on Kim Kardashian, we know Christina as a very kind, wonderful long time volunteer. At a reception at our LA office last month she was with a group who watched [the chinese fur video] and was visibly shaken. We will support her totally.”

They went on to say that they would support her legal needs too, if Kim decides to file a complaint.

That’s if.

Keeping in mind that E! is the only media outlet to have info on the flour bomber so far and is also the producer of the Karcashian brand, the question on everyone’s minds still remains…

Christie Brinkley: Will The Real Narcissist Please Stand up?

Christie Brinkley? Who cares right? This isn’t the 1980′s.

Her ex – husband Peter Cook? Who really cares? He’s not even famous except for the time he got busted for charging $3K worth of internet porn per month while being married to one of the world’s most beautiful supermodels.

But yesterday, when Christie did an interview with Today it got interesting when she was brought to tears while she touched briefly on her problems with ex-husband Cook. She claims he has a narcissistic personality and is still harrassing her, giving interviews and breaching a confidentiality agreement she petitioned for during divorce proceedings 4 years ago.

She backed up her claim by suggesting people google ‘divorcing a narcissist’ to get a birds eye view into what she has been dealing with.

Well guess what, I did google it. There’s a ton of eye-opening information on the disorder.

Today her husband responded to refute her claims. Somehow his interview ended up portraying him as the narcissist she claims he is.

So… its only fair that he had equal time to have his say to the public at large if he felt he must. And at the same time, whoops, maybe a bit too revealing?

Bully – check.

Attention seeking – check.

Sympathy seeking – check.

Blaming her for his behavior – check.

Disdain for her and her parenting skills – check.

Porn addict and adulterer – check.

During his interview he denied having the condition and added that Christie is the one who suffers from it.

“I’m not being defensive you’re being defensive.”

Is it fair to say that if he wasn’t a narcissistic personality, he would’ve been able to ignore her comments without having to retaliate?

Christie we all feel sorry for you. Narcissists are really hard to shake, according to victim testimonials.

If Today had told him to bugger off when he wanted his rebuttal interview, surely he would’ve slunk off to lick his perceived wounds. Of course it would’ve been her fault – in his mind he’s SURE she’s sleeping with everyone on the show – but power appears to diffuse this personality disorder, according to some websites on t’net.

According to MayoClinic.com, narcissists rarely seek help for their affliction because they refuse to believe they have it. If they do seek help, many patients roadblock the process by projecting their imagined superiority over their therapist but success can be earned by retraining the brain with thought and behavior modifications.

So ladies, if you’re trapped in a love/hate relationship where your S O is doing the loving and the hating, and you’re confused as to how to please the guy, check out the disorder. It might save you from years of grief.

Mom Fights Pink Slime And Wins!

We should start a petition to declare this Bettina Siegel Day.

She saved kids from the controversial pink slime, the additive to ground beef that McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell and grocery store giants, Krogers, Safeway, and Food Giant have stopped using, after a whistleblower revealed the nature of the meat and the chemicals they use to treat it.

For some reason, the US Dept Of Agriculture subsequently declared the filler safe to use in the school lunch programs across America.

…Big corporate beef heads sitting around saying now what do we do with the stuff? Chuck call your ol buddy at the USDA and see if we can flog it there….

When Bettina found out about it, she was as mad as the rest of us. But she did something more than tell two friends, she blogged about it and started an online petition that gained enough steam thru the power of the internet to collect over 200,000 signatures in a mere 9 days.

Well Done!

The USDA took notice and conceded to give school districts the choice of meat with pink slime or meat without it, at the start of the next school year.

Now if parents are diligent, pink slime can be stamped out of the school system. Like polio or smallpox except in this case its worse than a virus. Honestly how hard of a fight should it be to not have to eat something?

So, we are left with the question, where will pink slime turn up next?

Paula Deens Sexual Harrassment Coverup Denied

Paula Deen is in the hotseat again.

Other celebrity chefs and much of the general public recently slammed her character and cooking style after reports leaked that Paula had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes as long as 3 years ago and held back on revealing it while she negotiated a deal with drug sponsors. Their main beef was that she promoted a diet that could cause health risks, including diabetes. Which now seems to be the proof in the pudding.

Now the Enquirer is reporting that Dean, her brother Bubba (I’m not joking) Heir and a chunk of her business empire are all being sued by the former CEO of “Uncle Bubba’s” restaurant, Lisa Jackson, alleging that Bubba created a hostile workplace at the business co-owned by Dean and Hier.

What? You can sue for that?

The lawsuit claims that Bubba drank alcohol at work, watched porn on his work computer, made sexual references and gestures and behaved in a racist and intimidating manner and that Deen condoned his behavior and jumped in with the racial slurs herself.

Whats the point of being CEO if you can’t order his desk and belongings sent off to the storage room or the garbage bin shed, if he wants to act like that? Its not the 1980′s.

It’ll be interesting to see if there is any evidence – emails or video – to back up the claims.

Paula Deen’s attorneys recently filed to have a media blackout in place during the hearing but the judge in the case said nope.

According to the Enquirer, Deen’s attorney made a poignant statement to bolster his motion for the gag order -

 ”Plaintiff’s complaint contains highly inflammatory allegations of sexism, racism, and employee mistreatment,” the motion states. “For a public figure such as Mrs. Deen, even if Ms. Jackson’s allegations are proven untrue, the harm resulting from the continuing mass dissemination of the allegations may never be undone.”

Sounds like he’s not all that confident of a successful outcome.

Sorry, Paula but if you or Bubba suck as employers then the job seeking public should be allowed to know. Its only fair.

Corrie Star William Roache Admits Affairs With 1000 Women!

This is just too good to let go.

William Roache, who plays Coronation Street’s longest running character, Ken Barlow, is a real life lothario. Move over Tiger Woods.

On Piers Morgans’ show Life Stories which is scheduled to air next month in the UK, Roache estimated that he had cheated on his first wife Anne Cropper and second wife, Sara, with 1000 women!

The long time Corrie actor said he had no control over his rampant sex drive. It got so bad that fellow cast members nicknamed him “Cock Roache”!

Talk about life imitating soap opera! His character, Ken, has romanced every female in the street, resulting in 5 marriages and 28 affairs. Ken is the father of 5 children with various women.

Roache is currently on tour in Canada, An Audience With William Roache, hosting an evening of personal reminisces of his 52 years on the show. Due to the recent revelations, journalists are no longer welcome to attend.

Word is the 79 year old widower and father of 4 has become exhausted with media questions ever since the details of the Morgan interview hit the news.

His new girlfriend, 43 year old weathergirl Emma Jesson, has been deluged with twitter messages about the infidelity but remained unruffled.
